Reno Rancharrah Names Toll Brothers as Its First Official Homebuilder
Back in June 2016, officials broke ground on a new project located at the former Harrah’s estate known as Rancharrah. Several custom lots sold on the site just one year later. But earlier this week, Reno Rancharrah named Toll Brothers as its first official homebuilder.
What Toll Brothers Brings to Reno Rancharrah
Toll Brothers has a stellar reputation as a high-quality builder. So, it seemed a natural fit for Reno Rancharrah to partner with them first. Currently, their agreement allows them to build 89 single-family homes in the Latigo community of Rancharrah. They should be completed and ready for the market this fall. More than 40 custom lots have already been sold in Rancharrah’s Riata and Lariat communities so far. The Toll Brothers properties will be a separate area of the Reno Rancharrah master-planned community.
Why Buy in Reno Rancharrah?
No matter which community a homeowner lives in, they automatically become members of the exclusive Club at Rancharrah. Members enjoy fine dining as well as access to the club’s state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, pool, and luxury spa. Later this summer, The Club’s social club should be officially opened as well.
But that’s not the only reason to buy in Rancharrah. In addition to the totally custom parcels and semi-custom builds of Toll Brothers, an upscale 138-unit independent living facility is currently under construction. Another high-end 130-unit assisted living facility is expected to begin construction later this year. Anyone with aging parents know how important it is to be close to them while still allowing them their independence. Other portions of the 141-acre property at Rancharrah will include retail, office, and other commercial use. Thankfully, several acres of the former Harrah’s estate will be preserved for their historical significance. So, Reno residents can be comforted by the fact that a part of their history remains intact for decades to come.
